If you're looking for a quirky and fun, yet cozy and comfortable place to base yourself whilst exploring Scotland, look no further.  The site is nestled in a historic walled garden, in the grounds of a Grade-B Listed building, and is a haven in the midst of urban Scotland.  We are just outside Falkirk, fifteen minutes from Edinburgh airport and half an hour from the centres of Edinburgh and Glasgow, yet also just a two minute walk from tranquil woodland on the Antonine Wall and less than 40 minutes from the edge of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.  The walled garden makes an excellent playground for kids, cut off from the houses outside the garden walls, and the communal deck area, with barbecue and fire pit, is perfect for family gatherings.

We have six glamping lodges, each different, individually designed to make sure you've never stayed somewhere quite like this before!  Each unit sleeps four across two bedrooms, featuring restful orthopaedic mattresses, plush pillows, fluffy duvets, and fleece throws for extra snuggliness.  Living areas offer comfortable sofas/armchairs, infra-red heating for year-round warmth, TVs, and free wifi, as well as tables and chairs on the decks/patios outside (we'll have hot-tubs here when budget allows).  Units have a modern shower-room and basic cooking facilities, and this is backed up by a fully-equipped guest kitchen and laundry.

We are a not-for-profit formed to fund the upkeep of the 1730s-built Kinneil House.  All surpluses from this will go into supporting mental health work, so your stay will directly contribute to our social purpose.  It's been a long journey to get the site ready, but we are now open for guests and look forward to welcoming you for a Scottish holiday soon!
